Check that you’ve included your company’s name in the Subject, this will make it easier for us to track correspondence across departments and through the process. You can also include a keyword relating to the query in the subject. A brief description of the query in the body of the email will help us assign it to someone with the best ability to help with your particular issue -- this will fast-track the whole process.
